The Great American Insurance Co. (GAIC) has leased space for a Northeast regional office in Rockland.
The lease, located at 1099 Hingham St., is for 1,700 square feet.
Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for Quincy-based Grossman Cos. Inc., represented the landlord, Rockland Haverstraw LLC. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Mark McLean, commercial real estate advisor, and Sean Lynch, vice president, represented GAIC.
