The Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB) installed its 2015 slate of officers last night at the offices of WilmerHale in Boston.

Richard Beal, president of Perry Brokerage Assoc. in Boston, was named chairman. Kristin Blount, senior vice president of Colliers International, is chair-elect. Richard J. Henken, president of The Schochet Cos., was named treasurer. Michael DiMella, co-broker owner of Charlesgate Realty Group, was named clerk/assistant treasurer.

Beal’s elevation is particularly special, said Greg Vasil, CEO of GBREB, as "he is part of the A.W. Perry family legacy at GBREB," with his father and other Beal family members having previously acted as a GBREB chair.

GBREB subsidiary divisions also named their own presidents, with June Cunniff of A.W.
