Carol Ann Green of Scituate and Ken Rapoza of New Bedford recently joined the mortgage consulting team at New England Mortgage Partners (NEMP), an affiliate of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

Green, who was recently served as loan officer at Radius Financial Group Inc., has more than 30 years of financial and mortgage industry experience, according to a statement. She serves on the education committee and the marketing and technology committee at the Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors.

Rapoza is the former owner of Compass Mortgage Group in New Bedford and the longtime owner of Naughty Dawgs, a Fairhaven restaurant.

"When I closed my brokerage, my former clients would constantly come into my restaurant looking for mortgage advice," said Rapoza. "So I decided it was time to go back into the business officially."
