Greenfield Co-operative Bank has added Edward Zadworny as senior financial consultant in the GCB Financial Services division of the bank. Zadworny will work with Assistant Vice President Michael Johnson to expand this bank’s operations in this area, including portfolio analysis.
A resident of Northampton, Zadworny has over 25 years experience in financial services, investments and insurance, and has his state insurance and securities licenses with Massachusetts and Vermont, including Series 6, 63 and 65 registrations with FINRA. He is a graduate of Westfield State University.
Greenfield’s board of directors has also approved two promotions within the bank. Brandon Lively was elected vice president, information systems. Most recently, Lively was assistant vice president. He is responsible for the bank’s electronic banking department and information systems and online security. He is a graduate of numerous systems related programs and is currently completing his associates degree in information systems from Greenfield Community College.
Mary Rawls was elected assistant vice president of compliance for the bank. Rawls has over 18 years of experience in banking, and is responsible for ensuring bank compliance with the numerous banking and consumer laws and regulations. She also coordinates and conducts much of the training for bank staff in these matters. She is completing a degree at the New England School for Financial Studies at Babson College.
