Quincy-based Grossman Cos. has acquired a shopping center in New Britain, Conn. for $7.65 million.
The 54,452-square-foot Columbus Plaza is anchored by a Price Rite supermarket. The seller was Columbus Plaza Assoc.
Under the previous ownership, a former Blockbuster Video store was converted into a Goodwill location and a Dollar Tree store was added, the New Britain Herald reported.
CBRE Institutional Properties in Stamford procured the buyer and represented the seller.
