Groundbreaking Held At Watertown Senior Housing Residence

LCB Senior Living LLC has broken ground on The Residence at Watertown Square.

The residential community, located at 20 Summer St., is a 90-apartment, independent, assisted and memory care residence for seniors. The project is currently in lease-up phase and is scheduled to open next summer.

Construction of The Residence at Watertown Square will create more than 70 permanent jobs in Watertown. It was funded in part by Great Point Investors of Boston. PNC Bank was the lender.

Independent living residents at the community will have their own apartment with kitchenette and bath, 24-hour security, three prepared meals, laundry and cleaning services and a full activities program.
