Grubb & Ellis Co. has recognized Philip Giunta, Bradford Spencer and Jack Kerrigan of its Boston office as the company’s top brokerage professionals for 2009.
The three were honored at Grubb & Ellis’ annual Circle of Excellence event.
A 20-year veteran of the industry, Giunta, executive vice president, joined Grubb & Ellis in 2007 and has ranked in the company’s top 20 brokers nationally in the three years since. A leading leasing and investment sales professional in the Boston region, Giunta has representated Tufts Medical Center, Parsons Brinckerhoff and Abt Associates, among other national clients, in various transactions across the country.
Bradford Spencer, senior vice president, has qualified for the Circle of Excellence for four of his 11 years with Grubb & Ellis. Spencer recently facilitated Acme Packet’s long-term corporate headquarters lease totaling 125,000 square feet in Bedford. During his 22-year career, he has been directly responsible for the sale, lease and build-to-suit of more than 15 million square feet of industrial, R&D and office space.
Since joining the company in 1981, Kerrigan, executive vice president, has consistently ranked among the top brokers companywide, providing tenant and landlord representation services for clients including New Balance, Emerson Hospital, athenahealth, Cubist Pharmaceuticals, The Gutierrez Co., Berkley Investments and Normandy Real Estate Partners.
