Larry G. Guilmette has joined GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners as managing director of property management.

In his new role, Guilmette will oversee the development and delivery of professional commercial real estate services to a variety of properties and entities. He brings 33 years of property and facilities management experience including office, institutional, retail and industrial property portfolios. He has managed properties for funds, financial institutions and private investors, according to a statement.

Prior to joining GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners, Guilmette was the chief operating officer for Samuels & Assoc., where he was responsible for corporate administration, overseeing operations for properties in the Northeast and Midwest and administration of all risk management and property environmental matters.
