Gurtler Joins Avison Young As Principal

Keith Gurtler has joined Avison Young in Boston.

Gurtler, an office-leasing and investment sales specialist, joins Avison Young as a principal. His work will involve office tenant representation, landlord representation and investment sales.

"Keith is a proven industry leader and an ideal fit for our rapidly growing New England operation," Rick Kimball , principal and managing director of the company’s Boston office, said in a statement.

Gurtler has 17 years of real estate experience in Boston, focusing primarily on the Route 128 inner and outer suburban office and R&D markets.He started his real estate career in 1996 with the Trammell Crow Co., formerly Fallon Hines & O’Connor, before joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2006 as a senior vice president.
