Kara B. Halas has been named store manager of TD Bank’s Salem branch located at 600 Loring Ave.
In this role, Halas is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, and managing personnel and day-to-day operations, according to a statement. Halas, who has 11 years of banking experience, previously served as an operations manager at Citibank in Boston.
