The 20,000-square-foot, single-story building at 149 King St. in Hanover has been sold to BMI Inc. for $1.2 million.
The Conrad Group negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller, Robert Sennett.
The building is situated on 4 acres of land, and was formerly occupied by Critech Inc.
Assisting in the sale were Jim McEvoy Sr., vice president of The Conrad Group along with Bob Conrad, president of The Conrad Group.
