Sagamore-based modular construction firm Realty Development Assoc. will rebuild Hanon’s United Church of the First Born, which was destroyed in a 2007 fire.
Next week, four large packages containing the exterior of the new United Church of the First Born will be delivered to the 715 Monponsett St. location.
The Realty Development Assoc. will construct the foundation and then "set" the exterior of the church, the firm said.
People who drive by in the morning will see only a foundation; when they return that evening, the entire exterior of the church will be standing, the company said in a statement.
"That is one of the many advantages of modular construction," said Realty Development Assoc. President Don Shulman.
The second phase of construction for the church, which is home to 35 members, will include a 30-foot by 32-foot addition off the side which will also include office space.
The church has been using temporary housing since the 2007 fire leveled their structure.
