HarborOne Credit Union Expands IT Team

Ronald Featherston, a 14-year IT veteran, has been named business solutions and development officer at Brockton-based HarborOne Credit Union.

In his new role, Featherston will be working with business units to identify, qualify and quantify technology requirements; develop projects and technical specifications; and design and implement systems, according to a statement. He will manage the development of new applications, systems software, reports and enhancements to existing applications. He will also be responsible for providing technical leadership to project managers and programmers.

Before joining HarborOne, Featherston served as the software engineer database administrator for North Atlantic Distributions Inc. in Kingston, R.I.
