Brockton-based HarborOne Credit Union and its employees have donated $113,802 to the United Way of Greater Plymouth County through the nonprofit’s annual campaign.

HarborOne employees donated $56,901 and the bank’s board of directors matched their contribution, according to a statement.

"The United Way of Greater Plymouth County always counts on our friends at HarborOne, not only with pledges and donations but also with valued volunteers," said Dennis Carman, CEO of the United Way. "That they would make such an increase in pledges during this severe and continuing recession is phenomenal. It will go a long way toward helping our agencies."
