Hardware Products Co. has renewed its lease for 32,886 square feet in Chelsea.

Landlord Combined Properties leased the property at 191 Williams St. The company has been located at the same site since 1986.

 "Hardware Products relocated to Chelsea from the North End and, nearly 30 years later, Chelsea and Combined Properties continue to serve our needs," Ted White, president of Hardware Products, said in a statement.

Combined Properties’s Greg Regazzini, vice president and director of leasing, represented the landlord. David Corkery of CBRE New England represented Hardware Products in this transaction.
