Harvard University has sold 2 Mount Auburn St., 5 Putnam Ave. and 11 Putnam Ave. in Cambridge for $9.3 million to non-profit Homeowner’s Rehab Inc. The property is an affordable senior housing complex with 94 tenants. 

The university has agreed to provide funding to maintain social services for building residents for 10 years following the sale, according to the Cambridge Chronicle. The university had been negotiating with tenant’s groups as well as Cambridge officials for over a year before the deal was completed.
