Matthew Martin and Paul Frank were hired as vice presidents at Haverhill Bank earlier this month.

Martin is vice president of branch administration and business development, and Frank is branch manager and vice president of business development.

Martin most recently served as assistant vice president of business relations at Ledge Light Federal Credit Union in Groton, Conn. He is a 1995 graduate of Haverhill High School and is enrolled in paralegal studies at Northern Essex Community College.

Frank most recently served as vice president of business development and branch manager at Sovereign Bank in Haverhill. He is a 1964 graduate of Beverly High School and obtained his associate’s degree from Northern Essex Community College in 1967. He also attended Salem State College.
