HCPro, a provider of information to the healthcare compliance, regulations, and management industries, has leased 40,979 square feet Danvers, Mass.

Joe Sciolla, Joe Doyle and Matt Harvey of Boston-based CresaPartners represented HCPro in the lease agreement for the space within the single-story 89,881-square-foot property within a three-building, 273,905-square-foot office complex at 75 Sylvan St.

HCPro is relocating from 200 Hoods Lane in Marblehead. The site will serve as the new corporate office for HCPro, which will be the anchor tenant in the single-story, 89,881-square-foot building.

CresaPartners, New England’s largest corporate real estate firm focusing on tenant representation, is also handling project management for this transaction under the direction of Barry Dube, with services including oversight of the construction and move management. HCPro is scheduled to move in the fall.

The landlord, Brookwood Financial, was represented by Matt Daniels and Andrew Whipple of Colliers Meredith & Grew.

According to Sciolla, the company decided to relocate to a higher quality building and take advantage of a more favorable location for its staff and customers, with easier highway access and better parking accommodations. Amenities in the complex include a cafeteria and fitness center.
