Decision Resources Inc. is relocating its Waltham headquarters to a 53,000-square-foot space at 8 New England Executive Park in Burlington.

Decision Resources, which provides research publications, consulting and advisory services for the healthcare industry, will relocate its headquarters from 260 Charles St. in Waltham to accommodate the company’s plans for future growth, according to a statement.

The lease is the largest suburban commercial real estate office transaction to date this year, according to FHO Partners.
