Medullan, a health care technology company, has renewed and expanded its 13,065-square-foot lease at 625 Mount Auburn Street in Cambridge.

The space serves as the new corporate headquarters for Medullan. The transaction marks the fourth office expansion for Medullan since its inception growing from roughly 4,300 square feet.

NAI Hunneman Vice President Michael McCarthy represented Medullan in the transaction while Robert Fitzgerald of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord KBS Realty Advisors of New York. Located in West Cambridge in close proximity to the Fresh Pond Parkway, 625 Mount Auburn Street is a 133,731-square-foot office building that underwent an extensive renovation and addition in 2001 adding approximately 50,000 square feet to the building.
