Luxury Parisian brands Hermès of Paris Inc. and Anne Fontaine are expanding their presence at The Heritage On The Garden in Boston.

Hermès is doubling the size of its store at The Heritage On The Garden. This is the second expansion for Hermès at this location since opening in 1988. Plans for the Hermès expansion, due for completion in November 2014, include a new entrance on the corner of Arlington and Boylston Street, a grand staircase and elevator connecting the two floors and signature awnings of the building featuring the Hermès logo on two levels of the building’s exterior.

Parisian designer Anne Fontaine will also be expanding its store at The Heritage On The Garden. Boston location is among the brand’s highest performing of its 30 US stores, according to Ari Zlotkin, co-owner.

In addition to the expansions, Italian-based luxury retailer Bottega Veneta has signed a lease for 2,500 square feet at The Heritage On the Garden. Projected opening for the store is Dec. 1.

"The expansion of Hermès, which was our first luxury brand at The Heritage, and the addition of Bottega Veneta, speaks to the success of the location," Ronald Druker, president of developer The Druker Co. Ltd., said in a statement. "Our vision 25 years ago was to create a destination that mirrored the ultimate shopping experience found on the great shopping streets and boulevards of Europe and the U.S."

Located on the corner of Arlington and Boylston streets in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood, The Heritage On The Garden is a mixed-use retail, residential and office complex developed by The Druker Co. Ltd. in 1988. The luxury shopping destination also includes Christofle, Escada and Jacadi, as well as restaurants Via Matta and Bistro du Midi.
