HFF LogoThe Boston office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. (HFF) has arranged a $29.5 million first mortgage financing for three properties in Boston’s Seaport District.

The two office properties are located at 12 Farnsworth St. and 22 Boston Wharf Road, according to a statement. The third property is the Farnsworth Garage.

HFF senior managing director Fred Wittmann and senior real estate analyst Carlos Febres-Mazzei worked on behalf of Boston’s Berkeley Investments Inc. to secure the five-year, fixed-rate loan through Philadelphia, Pa.-based Cigna Investments.

The 12 Farnsworth St. property is a 57,361-square-foot office property that is 90 percent leased. The 22 Boston Wharf Road property is 58,132 square feet and fully leased. The Farnsworth Garage, located at 21 Farnsworth St., has 361 parking spaces.
