Hilco Real Estate LLC has purchased a 94,268-square-foot industrial building in Watertown. The sale price was not disclosed.
Hilco Real Estate LLC bought the asset at 20 Seyon St. from Samuels & Assoc. The property falls within the Pleasant Street Corridor Zoning District on the Watertown-Waltham border, which allows for a variety of uses.
CBRE/New England’s capital markets and industrial teams brokered the sale.
