Edgewater Office Park in WakefieldHobbs Brook Management LLC has purchased two buildings totaling 335,000 square feet in Wakefield’s Edgewater Office Park.

Hobbs Brook Management, which owns 601 and 701 Edgewater Drive in the same office park, purchased 301 and 401 Edgewater Place to strengthen its market share in suburban Boston, according to a statement.

The buildings, which consist of polished granite exterior walls and ribbon windows, are surrounded by 1,500 acres of conservation land, offer ample surface and structure parking and feature a fitness center, on-site management, and cafeteria facilities. Building 301 consists of four levels, parking for 284 cars, and 16 acres of land. Slightly larger, Building 401 is 6 stories tall with a full-height glass atrium, has parking for 889 cars, and sits on 35 acres of land.
