Newton hotel and travel center REIT Hospitality Properties Trust has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 45-cents per common share.
The dividend will be paid Nov. 23 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on Oct. 26.
Hospitality Properties Trust owns 288 hotels and 185 travel centers located in 44 states, Puerto Rico and Canada, according to a statement.
