- A series of leases totaling 130,000 square feet in late 2016 has brought the occupancy rate at The Center at Corporate Drive in Burlington up to 94 percent.
- The Davis Cos. of Boston and Principal Real Estate Investors acquired the 487,000-square-foot, four-building campus in 2013 for $109 million. Since then, they’ve invested more than $8 million in capital improvements designed by Boston-based CBT Architects including a 7,850-square-foot cafeteria with flexible conference space; a 2,100-square-foot fitness center with a yoga room, new showers and locker facilities; and a 4,500-square-foot outdoor patio with green space and collaboration areas with Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Tech companies with world headquarters at The Center at Corporate Drive include Everbridge, which recently leased 46,132 square feet; Endurance International Group, which occupies the entire 107,000-square-foot 10 Corporate Drive; and Click Software, which occupies 32,517 square feet at 35 Corporate Drive. New tenants include Liberty Mutual Insurance, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Torchlight, Santhera Pharmaceuticals and Cornerstone Financial.
