Leases totaling over 297,000 square feet bring Hobbs Brook Real Estate’s speculative office-lab complex in Waltham up to 90 percent preleased.
ElevateBio BaseCamp and Seqirus signed on as the latest tenants at the 507,000-square-foot development, following Cambridge-based software company Pegasystems’ lease of 131,000 square feet in August 2021.
Scheduled for completion this spring, 225 Wyman features column-free floor plates spanning up to 70,000 square feet, a 3-acre courtyard for outdoor workspace, a 5-level parking garage, 280-person dining room and cafe and 150-person flexible conference space. Approximately 54,000 square feet of office space is still available.
HBRE’s 2.2 million-square-foot office campus spans 137 acres along Wyman Street near Route 128 and comprises more than 60 tenant companies.
