  • As Northwest Park continues its transformation into a walkable, mixed-use development, owner Nordblom Co. signed 416,000 square feet of new leases and renewals for office tenants in 2016.
  • In one of the largest suburban lease transactions of 2016, Oracle signed a five-year lease renewal for 310,905 square feet on Network Drive. Existing tenant Veracode nearly doubled in size to 91,791 square feet and extended its lease for five years, while Kasalis grew to 29,000 square feet. Other notable deals include Desktop Metal, Xebia Labs and D+H and renewals by Zeta Interactive and Dermalogica.
  • The 300,000-square-foot 3rd Ave. retail boulevard was completed in 2016 and contains Wegmans, five locally-owned restaurants, 20 boutique retailers and nearly 300 luxury apartments at The Tremont. A 147-key Archer hotel is under construction, and a new 135,000-square-foot Lifetime Fitness has broken ground.
  • A $1.3 million Network Drive amenity center renovation included new conference options, indoor and outdoor seating and collaboration spaces including gas fireplaces, gaming areas, living walls, TV screens and faster WiFi. Northwest Park’s nearly 2 million square feet of office space are home to 19 technology companies, seven medical device companies and 18 corporate headquarters.
