  • Intrum Corp. Real Estate Management and Development is repositioning its 116,000-square-foot 180 Wells Ave. office building and marketing a 116,000-square-foot build-to-suit office development next-door.
  • Phase one is slated for completion in early 2017. Following the departure of tenant SharkNinja for a new headquarters in Needham, the existing 3-story, 55,000-square-foot building has been reskinned with an Elkus Manfredi-designed floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall façade system, illuminated decorative fin and edgy common areas and finishes. Phase one also includes the addition of a central-tiered courtyard featuring gas fire pits, interior recharge lounge, fitness areas and indoor and outdoor collaboration areas.
  • Phase two includes the addition of a new 3-story, 60,000-square-foot Class A office building, which provides flexible build-to-suit opportunities for prospects seeking occupancy in 2018. Both buildings will connect via a glass-walled 3-story lobby surrounding the central outdoor courtyard. Building features will include private tenant terraces, 20,000-square-foot floor plates and abundant natural light.
  • CBRE/NE’s Rob Kinlin and Alex Plaisted represent ownership in lease transactions. Office suites ranging from 2,000 to 30,000 square feet are available.
