What: Partners Capital Investment Group offices
Where: 600 Atlantic Ave., Boston
Owner: Federal Reserve Bank of Boston
Built: 2018
Dyer Brown has completed a new 10,800-square-foot office for Partners Capital Investment Group, an outsourced investment group which advises $24 billion in portfolios for endowments, foundations and high-net-worth family offices.
Located on the 30th floor of the Federal Reserve Bank Building in Boston, it’s the second office project by Dyer Brown for Partners Capital after designing its previous offices at Rowes Wharf.
The new offices’ interior finishes and furniture are inspired by business suits, with carpet tiles installed in a herringbone pattern, black aluminum-framed glass partitions resembling a suit’s piping and pendant lighting fixtures wrapped in linen.
“Openness and transparency have been an integral part of the Partners Capital corporate culture since it was founded, and the new design at the Federal Reserve Bank Building reflects that legacy while also projecting the collaborative culture and professional fiduciary qualities at the company’s core.” — Karen Bala, senior architect, Dyer Brown
