Seaport Circle, the most recently approved lab complex in Boston’s Seaport District, will include a weather-protected MBTA Silver Line station and a 15,000-square-foot life science and technology career training center known as The Pavilion.
The Gloucester Marine Genomics Institute, Just-A-Start and MassBioEd will provide technical training programs in the Pavilion, which also will include community meeting, event and conference space and a business incubator.
Lincoln Property Co. was selected by Massport in 2021 to develop its 1.9-acre parcel H with a 650,000-square-foot office and lab tower. The two-tower design will provide flexible floor plates ranging from 25,000 to 70,000 square feet.
They Said It:
“Seaport Circle is designed for companies looking for a global headquarters in the fastest growing life science cluster in the U.S. This project will bring a wide array of opportunities, such as job training, the MBTA’s Silver Line station and a new outdoor space that can be programmed for events that will reconnect the Seaport to Boston’s neighborhoods.”
