The board of trustees of Newton-based, hospitality-focused REIT Hospitality Properties Trust (HPT) has declared a 4.375-cent quarterly dividend on the company’s Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares.
The dividend is payable on or about Nov. 15 to holders of record at the close of business on Oct. 31.
HPT owns 288 hotels and 185 travel centers located in 44 states, Puerto Rico and Canada, according to a statement.
