Boston-based The New America High Income Fund Inc. will pay a dividend of $.065 per share on the company’s common stock.

The dividend will be paid May 29 to common shareholders of record as of May 15. The ex-dividend date will be May 13th.

The New America High Income Fund is a diversified, closed-end management investment company with a leveraged capital structure, the fund said in a statement.

The fund’s investment adviser is T. Rowe Price Assoc. of Maryland. As of March 31, T. Rowe Price and its affiliates managed approximately $269 billion of assets, including approximately $9.9 billion of "high yield" investments. T. Rowe Price has provided investment advisory services to investment companies since 1937.
