IDI Distributors has leased 32,995 square feet at 1245 Providence Hwy. in Sharon.

The landlord, John D. Murphy & Co., was represented by NAI Hunneman brokers Cathy Minnerly, executive vice president/principal, and Ovar Osvold, associate. IDI was represented by CB Richard Ellis.

Based in Chanhassen, Minn., IDI is a nationwide supplier of fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose, green insulation and weatherization products, equipment and accessories. The company is relocating and expanding from its existing location in Mansfield, Mass.

Located on U.S. Route 1 approximately one mile from Interstate 95 in Sharon, the building is an office and warehouse facility built in 1974 with an addition constructed in 1984.

"The terrific highway access … was a big factor in the decision by IDI Distributors to sign on as a tenant here," Minnerly said in a statement. "The building’s space and location are perfectly suited to IDI’s needs."
