Some of Boston’s most active developers are considering new projects in the city’s South End, especially since it now appears the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) board will pass amendments to the zoning code allowing for greater height in the neighborhood.
Local landowners, including Ronald Druker, Tufts University and GTI Properties, have been quietly readying plans for new projects or the redevelopment of existing properties, especially if the Harrison-Albany Corridor Strategic Plan is approved by the BRA board Dec. 15.
