A 22,000-square-foot industrial building in Avon has sold for $1.15 million.
The building at 244 Bodwell St. sits on 1.45 acres and has high ceilings and both tailboard and on-grade loading, according to a statement.
Micah Stubblebine and Donald Humpton of The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, Titan Realty Trust, and directly procured the buyer, 244 Bodwell LLC, in the transaction.
