Invitation and customized stationery firm InScribe Inc. has purchased a 28,970-square-foot industrial property at 9 Micro Drive in Woburn for $2.1 million.
The property is located in close proximity to the intersection of Interstate-93 and Interstate-95. The building sits on 2.54 acres and features five tailboard docks and ample parking.
David Stubblebine, James Stubblebine and Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented both the buyer and the seller, Wetmore Inc.
"Inscribe chose this property because of it close proximity to their employees and it ability to accommodate their rapid expansion," James Stubblebine said in a statement.
