Rockland-based Integrated Builders has begun an $800,000 project for CTM Group Inc. at 9 Northeast Blvd. in Salem, N.H.

The project consists of a 40,000 square feet of headquarters and production space for CTM, which manufactures kiddie rides and penny presses.

Integrated Builders Superintendent Bob Mooney will team with project manager Sean Burgess to oversee the work including demolition, structural, masonry and glass work. Finishing work will include a sprinkler and fire alarm system, plumbing, electrical and a new HVAC system.

The project is the culmination of 600,000 square feet of construction at the property over the last four years.
