Braintree’s Integrated Builders has completed a multi-tenant 63,000-square-foot shell and core retail project in Avon.

Known as Stockwell Shops and located at 75 Stockwell Drive, the multi-tenant building is developed by Avon West Assoc. LLP, an affiliate of Braintree-based F.X. Messina Enterprises. The Shops are located in the 1 million-square-foot Merchants Plaza in Avon.

Integrated Builders completed the shell and core building changes including window infill, dock door infill, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramp, new exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) and a new structural steel signage tower. In addition, Integrated Builders re-graded the parking area to include an underground re-charge system, new asphalt, guard rails and striping and signage, according to a statement.

"We’re very pleased to have completed this retail building at 75 Stockwell Drive," said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders. "In addition, we have also commenced the tenant fit-up work at the property."
