Rockland-based Integrated Builders has completed a $2.5-million renovation of a 30,000-square-foot office and flex space at 295 Foster St. in Littleton for DCS Corp.
The project consolidated DCS Corp.’s Harvard and Waltham offices into the single location.
Integrated Builders’ Project Manager Dean Kelliher and Project Superintendent Greg Webster worked with Sarah Cormier and Jonathan Cocker of Maugel Architects, as well as RDK Engineers, during the project. DCS Corp. was represented by Rhonda Thomas of Diversified Project Management.
"We are excited to announce the completion of 295 Foster St., as the renovations secure the property as a premier asset in the Northwest market," said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders, in a statement. "The project required significant attention and specifications to meet the unique requirements of DCS Corp."
The renovations included demolition of a 30-foot-high section of exterior brick wall and the removal of a 1,000-square-foot section on the second floor to house U.S. Army vehicles for custom outfitting. The project included installation of containment vessels from Highland Tank, plumbing renovations, and new HVAC, sprinkler and electrical systems.
295 Foster St. contains 100,000 square feet of office and flex space owned by Ferris Development LLC at the junction of Routes 2 and 495.
DCS Corp. provides technology to U.S. Department of Defense and other federal agencies.
