Integrated Builders of Rockland has completed a new open office space build-out for AdvantEdge of Salem, N.H.
The project consisted of external improvements and a 38,000-square-foot interior renovation.
Integrated Builders worked with Equity Industrial Partners, Level Design Group LLC and Maugel Architects on the development, which included installation of a new storefront around the exterior of the building and a new parking lot.
AdvantEdge provides healthcare revenue cycle and business management solutions.
"The collaboration of the project team allowed for the smooth and successful development of this project," Sean Burgess, project manager at Integrated Builders, said in a statement. "Our goal was to provide AdvantEdge with a new office space that was functional, efficient, and fostered new levels of teamwork."
Integrated worked with TAO Architects and Engineered Systems Inc. to outfit the space with an open-office layout and installed new mechanical and electrical services. Following an open design concept, Integrated provided AdvantEdge with high multi-tiered ceilings, several new conference rooms and a new break room. Additionally, Integrated installed new HVAC systems, gas service and an electric room.
