A. Michael Carroll III has joined Braintree construction firm Integrated Builders Inc. as chief estimator.

In addition to providing estimates and costs analysis for Integrated Builders’ clients, the company said Carroll, of Braintree, will work closely with their clients’ design-build team to discuss proposed projects and design a strategy to complete project review, including scheduling, business planning and value management/engineering.

Mike brings over 15 years of experience in budgeting, estimating, cost analysis and project management of construction projects in major sectors in Greater Boston."

Prior to joining Integrated Builders, Carroll served as an estimator, cost analyst and project manager at Waltham-based Linbeck Construction, where he worked on a number of projects for Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Tufts University, Biogen/IDEC and Fitchburg State College.
