Boston-based architectural, engineering and planning firm Integrated Design Group has relocated its headquarters to 14,200 square feet at 133 Federal St. in Boston’s Financial District.
Integrated Design Group’s new office location provides nearly 3,000 more square feet from its previous location Chauncy Street in Boston, according to a statement. The firm will occupy the fourth and fifth floors of its Federal Street office space.
"As designers of high-tech spaces, we felt it was extremely important that our headquarters reflect the qualities of the buildings we design," said Erika DeRoche, architectural designer, and a member of the internal design team. "Although the function of our offices varies from that of data centers, the design reflects the emphasis on functionality that exemplifies our corporate culture. The result is a bright, airy office space juxtaposed with concrete, metal and other hard surfaces."
Kevin Kennedy, first vice president of CB Richard Ellis, brokered the lease for Integrated Design Group. Gilbert Dailey, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the building owner, Paul Malnati, Transnational Group.
