National Development has sold Commerce Way Marketplace in Woburn to Integrated Properties in partnership with Turtle Bay. The sale price was not disclosed.

The 57,000 square foot retail property, located at 112 Commerce Way, is 100 percent occupied by PetSmart, Chipotle and Bob’s Discount Furniture. Each of these tenants has occupied the property since its construction in 2009.

CBRE/New England’s Chris Angelone, Bill Moylan, Nat Heald and Bruce Lusa represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
