An affiliate of Greystar has acquired the 200-unit 10 Faxon apartment complex in Quincy from Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. of Boston for $65 million.
Built in 2006, the 100-percent market-rate community consists of a 10-story building over a two-level parking garage. Units range from studios to two-bedrooms with an average size of 942 square feet. Units contain
CBRE/NE multi-housing experts Simon Butler, Vice Chairman/Partner, and Biria St. John, Vice Chairman/Partner, exclusively represented the seller.
10 Faxon is located in downtown Quincy across the street from the MBTA’s Quincy Center station. Unit finishes include granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, ceramic title entryways, kitchens and bathrooms, and hardwood floors in living spaces. Community amenities include a community room, fitness center and interior courtyard.
