Interface Operations LLC has leased 25,243 square feet at 300 First Ave. in Needham.

CBRE/New England’s Robert Kinlin, Matt Siciliano and Andy Majewski represented the landlord and procured the tenant.

"We are excited to accommodate Interface Operations, LLC at 300 First Avenue," said Kinlin, vice president of CBRE/NE’s suburban brokerage team. "Interface bought into the vision being created at 300 First Avenue. With construction underway, we are starting to see the building’s transformation into the premier Class A office building in the Newton/Needham submarket."

The transaction will fill about 31 percent of the 80,000-square-foot building, which fronts Route 128/ Interstate 95.
