Seasonal Italian specialties and a bold decorating scheme – including murals of Lady Gaga and Sophia Loren – highlight the Fenway’s newest dining magnet.

The 96-seat Orfano, the fourth restaurant venture by Tiffani Faison and Kelly Walsh, opened Monday at the Pierce Boston condominium tower at 1391 Boylston St.

Entrees will feature house-made pastas and a rotating selection of roasted meat dishes. The bar program includes “martinas a la cart,” which arrive on a bar cart and are prepared tableside.

Orfano initially will open for 5 p.m. for dinner, and plans to add lunch service this fall.

Michele Carter, formerly with Gruppo, is Orfano’s creative culinary director. The bar program is overseen by Brian Callahan, beverage director for Faison and Walsh’s Big Heart Hospitality, and Charlie Gaeta, Big Heart’s wine director.
