J Barrett & Co. has moved to a new 2,600-square-foot office in Manchester at 29 Union St.

The real estate firm is moving from its previous 1,200-square-foot location across the street at 38 Union St., according to a statement. The Manchester office has almost doubled its number of agents since the company opened in January 2007.

"We are very excited about this new location," said Jon Gray, president and CEO. "Manchester was our flagship office when J Barrett first opened almost five years ago. Each year has been more successful than the previous one and our move to a larger location reflects our ongoing success."

J Barrett & Co. is renting the Manchester office from Paul P. Brown. He represented himself in the lease transaction, as did J Barrett & Co.
