Compass Facility Services, a janitorial contractor, has purchased a 5,250-square-foot free-standing industrial building at 65 Jackman St. in Georgetown for $515,000.
The building will give Compass Facility Services the administrative and warehouse space it needs to grow, according to a statement. The property, which sits on 2.38 acres, offers room for future expansion.
The building was last purchased by CMR Realty LLC for $500,000 in July 2002, according to records obtained by The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman. It was last assessed for $495,300.
Chris Everest and Michael Allen of Nordlund Assoc. Inc. represented the buyer, Ceili Realty Trust. Paul Consoli, of Prudential Realty, represented the seller.
