The real estate team of Bill Janovitz and John Tse have joined William Raveis’s Lexington office.

Janovitz and Tse are among the top real estate teams in the region, with more than $20 million closed in the past 12 months, according to a statement. They are also co-founders of the popular websites/blogs, www.modernmass.com and www.finemasshomes.com.

Janovitz and Tse bring 23 years of combined Boston-area real estate experience and the ability to market all styles of homes and condominiums. Both left Hammond Residential to work for Raveis, according to a statement.
